3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
6 cloves medium-sized garlic, thinly sliced, divided
4 cups small broccoli florets
½ cup diced red bell pepper
½ teaspoon salt, divided
½ teaspoon black pepper, divided
1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined (21-30 count)
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice, plus extra for seasoning
